Duties &Responsibilities
AP & AR Support
Process payments with different payment options - EFT, Bpay, credit card, direct debit & International payments
Manage existing and new suppliers and update supplier details in Accounting system
Process client refund and supplier refund
Monitor AP emails and assist AP with supplier enquires
Organise payment for employee reimbursement
Make urgent payments upon team request
Support with monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and account top up
Mange Bank guarantee application and release for AS4000 contract projects
Payroll Tasks
Manage monthly payroll payment for both onshore and offshore teams
Process back pay for new employees at end of month and final pay upon employee termination
Make superannuation payment quarterly
Post payroll journals in the accounting system
Mange Work Cover insurance
Reporting Tasks
Perform cash flow forecasting fortnightly
Produce claims milestone forecasting reports at the beginning of the month
Manage payroll cost analysis on a monthly basis to show forecast vs actual comparison
Provide monthly financials to management
Other miscellanies report upon requests
EOM and EOFY Duties
Manage month end and year end procedure
Finalise outstanding transactions
Perform data checks and reconcile different reports
Reconcile key data to the general ledger
Maintain company fixed asset register
Keep records of inter entity loans
Generate journal entries
Compliance
Manage company tax, including BAS, FBT, payroll tax and income tax
Produce Reportable Subcontract report to ATO
Provide support to the tax accountant
Skills & Experiences
The successful candidate will demonstrate with below skills & experience:
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Accounting
Minimum five years’ work experience
Experience managing accounts for multiple business coherently
Experience in Property/Real Estate and Health Care Industry Preferred
Databuild and MYOB Experience
Strong attention to detail and a keen attitude to learn
Excellent time management & organizational skills
Be reliable & self-motivated Enthusiastic to learn & progress within the company
Working experience in audit field is encourage to apply

Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
