Requirements :
1)
Graduate in Commerce. 2) Minimum Three year accounting & backoffice experience in any Firm 3) Resident of Airoli, Rabale or Ghansoli only.
4) Female candidate only Job Profile :
1) Preparing daily invoices. 2) Checking vendor invoices with daily awb booking. 3) Handling all incoming cash at front office counter and closing it up on daily basis. 4) Maintaining vendors and clients accounts receivable and payable data. 5) Sending mails for payment follow up from clients and customers. 6) Preparing updated accounting reports in excel for analysing. 7) Preparing Monthly and Quarterly GST data for filling and payment for CA. 8) Handling all expense vouchers and accounting it in system. +) Paying all utility bills and tax payment before due dates. 10) Finalizing all monthly accounts before cut off dates
