JOB TITLE : Accountant
Accountant Job Summary
We require an Accountant to oversee all financial transactions, includes fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits, and budgeting.
We are looking for an Energetic and Trustworthy applicant who can manage multiple tasks and numerical data and provide Management with Transparent and Accurate reports.
You must have a solid understanding of accounting and financial regulations and procedures.
You should have solid Computer & MS Office knowledge.
You Should possess good Communications skills – Verbal & Written.
Accountants must be prompt, detail-oriented, professional, and analytical to achieve success.
Accountant Responsibilities
Manage all Accounting Transactions.
Responsible for Data inputs in ERP Software.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsible for Files related to Financial Transactions.
Prepare Monthly Budget Forecasts
Book Keeping
Reconcile Bank Statements, Accounts payable and Receivable
Preparation of Daily Payments and Cheques for MD’s Approval.
Communicate with Suppliers and Buyers for payments & Receipts.
Generation of Bills of Supply and Tax Invoices.
Inspecting all Income and Expenditure challans submitted by the company employees
Ensure timely Bank payments and Preparation of reports to Bank.
Communicating with the Company’s Bankers and Auditors through phone and Emails.
Compute Taxes such as TDS, TCS and GST and prepare Tax challans
Report on Company’s Financial Health and Liquidity
Presenting Data to the Management on financial subjects.
Communicating with Govt Authorities if any notices sent
by them

2-4 years
Job Timings
10 am to 7pm – 6 days in a Week
Salary
Rs. 2.0-3.0 lakhs CTC.
Other Benefits after 1 year of working.
Preferred Location
In and around Kilpauk & East Mogappair.
