Account Executive -Job description
1.Day to day accounting i.e. sale entries, purchase entries & receipt payment entries.
2.Preparation of monthly Sale & Purchase Register of all clients.
3.Verify, allocate & review of bills receivable & bills payable on weekly basis.
4.Preparation of Bank Reconciliation.
5.Verification of Inter Companies Ledger A/c.
6.Month end & year end closing entries.
7.Produce error free accounting report & present their result.
8.Preparation of depreciation working for monthly & yearly basis.
+.Prepare Profit and Loss statements & Balance Sheet.
10.Manage accounting assistants & bookkeepers.
Requirements:
-Fresher can apply
- Accounting Knowledge
- Proficient with tally
- Exceptional with MS-Excel
Time: 10am to 7pm
Location- Dahisar
Salary up to 2l
