Volody CLM enables businesses to reduce contract execution time by 50%, saves cost, and enables paperless contract execution.

Responsibilities

 Manage and record all accounting transactions

 Prepare invoices

 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

 Follow-up with customers for payments

 Ensure timely bank payments and tax payments

 Prepare Bank reconciliation statements and tally it

 Bank Account Management

 Compute all types of taxes and filings of returns e.g. GST, TDS, PT, Income tax etc.

 Compliance with various Statutory Acts like GST, TDS, PT, Income tax etc.

 Handle tax matters and assessments related to GST, TDS, PT, Income tax etc.

 Filing of forms and returns on MCA

 Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

 Prepare books of accounts

 Assist the auditor for verification of document and answer auditor’s queries

 Comply with financial policies and regulations

 Preparation of salary statements

Requirements and skills

 Work experience as an Accountant for about 3-4 years

 Advanced knowledge and experience of accounting software like Tally and government websites for filing of various tax returns GST, TDS, PT, Income tax etc.

 MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

 Experience with general ledger functions

 Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

 Minimum qualification – Bachelor of Commerce

 2-6 years experience required
