You should have good knowledge of accounting in India including GST, TDS, and all other taxation that is applicable. To ensure success, you should be prompt, honest, detail-oriented, professional, and analytical.
Responsibilities:
● Good knowledge of GST filing, TDS filing, and company law.
• Complying with all company, local, state and federal accounting and financial regulations.
● Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
● Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
● Maintaining accurate financial records.
● Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
● Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
● Manage all accounting transactions
● Prepare budget forecasts
● Publish financial statements in time
● Handle weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual closings
● Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
● Ensure timely update on bank payments
● Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
● Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
● Comply with financial policies and regulations
● Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
● More education or experience may be preferred
● Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
● Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes
● Ethical behavior
● Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
