Job Description: Accountant
Role Overview : As an Accountant at GoGoA1 Motors, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial records and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts, utilizing Tally Prime software, and applying your accounting knowledge to support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally Prime software, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly.
Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards.
Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost control measures.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including timely invoicing and payment processing.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and payments.
Audit Preparation: Prepare financial documentation and assist in internal and external audits.
Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant, with expertise in using Tally Prime software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
