Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CA/CA INTER/Accounts Executive to join our Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing and analysing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This role requires proficiency in ERP systems and a strong understanding of balance sheets. Key Responsibilities: Financial Transactions: Recording bulk financial transactions. Process invoices, expense and other financial documents. Verify and reconcile financial transaction day wise. ERP Proficiency: Utilize ERP systems to streamline financial transaction. Extract and analyze data from ERP for reporting purposes. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues. Balance Sheet Management: Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheets. Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable. Financial Reporting: Generate financial statements and reports. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies. Provide insights into financial trends and performance. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations. Assist in audits and internal control assessments. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role. Strong proficiency in ERP systems In-depth knowledge of balance sheet management and reconciliation. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Salary Benefits: 15 k TO 45 k Per Month Additional Preferred Skills: CPA or relevant professional certification.
