Job Title: Analyst - Accountant Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: Minimum 0-2 years. Type: Full-time (On-site) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and junior accountant to join our team in Bengaluru. If you are passionate about Accounting is a vital aspect of any business, and therefore, the role of a Junior Accountant holds great importance. As a junior accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, calculating taxes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities: • Recording and summarizing financial transactions. • Preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets. • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable management. • Performing weekly, month-end close activities. • Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Assist in Preparing tax returns and filings. • Assisting with payroll processing. • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters. • Identifying and reporting any financial discrepancies or irregularities. • Performing other duties of accountant and collaborating with senior team. We're looking for • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. • 0-2+ years of accounting experience. • Good to have knowledge of tax laws and GAAP. • Good to have knowledge of Accounting Books. • Strong financial analysis skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational and stress management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. • Ability to train and manage staff. • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
