General Responsibility:
• Good analytical skills with the ability to research on legal databases.
• Knowledge of case laws with relevant legal framework, a good understanding of regulatory updates and a basic understanding of its impact on the assigned clients.
• Good command over the English language and have drafting skills (most critical).
• Ability to create and disseminate updates on the latest trends to the team.
• Ability to do quick research to develop a theoretical understanding of the laws and acts.

Required Skillset:
• The incumbent will handle engagements and provide advisory to clients related to GST, Customs, FTP, FEMA, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Pollution Control / Environmental laws, Consumer Protection laws, State Excise, SEZ, and Income tax.
• Assignments will also include litigation-related services: drafting replies, appeals, briefing counsels and senior counsels
