Accountant with E-commerce Experience

We are seeking a skilled accountant with experience in Tally and e-commerce business accounting to join our team and help maintain our financial records accurately and efficiently.
• Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage our accounts on Tally, with a strong background in e-commerce business accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This position requires the candidate to work on-site either daily or on a weekly basis as agreed upon.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP software.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
- Monitor and manage cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Conduct periodic audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in an e-commerce business environment.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software is a must.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Work Schedule:
- The position requires the candidate to be present at our premises either daily or on a weekly basis, depending on the agreement.
- Flexibility in working hours can be discussed during the interview.
