Job Summary:
As an Experienced Accountant at our firm, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations for our clients. We are seeking individuals with expertise in Income Tax, Trust, and Company Audit reports. Your responsibilities will include managing accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards, and providing essential financial insights to guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial activities for our clients, handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and maintain precise financial records following Indian taxation laws on behalf of our clients.
Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Manage and reconcile bank accounts for our clients, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of transactions.
Assist in preparing annual financial budgets and forecasts for our clients.
Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax Returns, with a focus on expertise in Income Tax, Trust, and Company Audit reports on behalf of our clients.
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement for our clients.
Prepare and submit financial reports to management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities as required for our clients.
Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits for our clients.
Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management of our clients for strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on changes in Indian accounting standards and tax regulations, ensuring our clients' compliance with the latest requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in Indian accounting at CA Firm
2. Post-graduation in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent accounting-related qualification.
3. Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and proficiency in Indian taxation laws.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and Microsoft Excel.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
