Sciometrix is leading digital Health company looking for an Accountant.. Sciometrix is a leader in Telehealth -healthcare Virtual care Management. We have established HIPAA-compliant Clinicus, an artificial intelligence (AI) bot that monitors patients 24/7 and ensures fast response in their care management program. Clinicas watches each patient's vitals and alerts our licensed team when a patient's program progress or vitals are varying. Our team will then quickly contact the patient to discuss the change. If needed, we will schedule a physician's appointment .
Qualifications & Requirements
As an Accountant in the Record to Report profile, the role includes being responsible for maintaining and managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team in various financial reporting tasks. We are looking for individuals with 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in bookkeeping, accounts receivable,,accounts payable and proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibiities
• Manage the end-to-end bookkeeping process, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor management, invoice processing, and payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Utilize QuickBooks and Salesforce to maintain financial records, generate reports, and streamline accounting processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial operations.
• Good to have experience in healthcare industry
