Accountant - BKC

We are hiring for Accountant in a jewellery industry at BKC, Bandra location. Experience: 2+ years in accountant from jewellery industry. Must have experience from inventory dept and done tax invoice preparation. Working days: 6 days Responsibilities: �� Stock & ERP Management  Handle stock entries, item transfers, and stock reconciliation within ERP  Manage inventory inward/outward with proper documentation  Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and purchase teams for real-time stock updates �� Billing & Documentation  Generate invoices/bills accurately and promptly  Maintain records for GST and tax-compliant billing  Ensure all documentation is correctly filed and stored digitally and physically �� Cash & Bank Entry  Record cash receipts/payments and bank transactions in the system  Handle daily closing, petty cash, and cheque entries  Assist in bank reconciliations and maintain clear audit trails �� General Accounting Support  Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally / ERP  Ensure accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions  Coordinate with auditors and internal teams as needed Thanks & Regards, Smita +225XXXXXX Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: accounting from jewellery industry: 2 years (Required) done inventory related work from jewellery indsutry: 1 year (Required) preparing tax invoices : 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
