We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented International Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in auditing invoices and employee travel expenses, ensuring strict compliance with regulations and corporate expense policies. This position will also involve generating control reports, processing payments, and handling GL postings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit invoices and employee travel expenses to ensure compliance with regulations and corporate expense policies.
• Generate control reports, process payments, and perform GL postings.
• Translate invoices and communications between Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry.
Requirements:
• College degree, preferably in accounting, or 2-3 years of relevant AP experience.
• Oracle experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong translation abilities.
