Your role as a P2P person:
Answers queries and coordinates with other teams/departments
Perform the actions necessary to process the recorded of the invoices (check & provide G/L account and Finance type)
• Performance of all necessary accounting entries related to the P2P in accordance with the companies general accounting rules.
• Good allocation on analytical accounts and replacement on correct Cost Centers.
• Good understanding and allocation of correct GST codes.
• Timely reconciliation and control that all invoices are processed till payment.
Reconciliation monthly balance sheet accounts, preparation ageing balance
Weekly payments file preparation, and coordination with Treasury to perform the payment
Clearing vendors accounts and recording the bank entries
Recording IC invoices and working closely with other WL Team to solved the IC difference
Credit cards statement recording
