• Tally: Maintain Tally software for seamless financial tracking.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to financial records.

• Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate staff for exceptional performance.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Sales Optimization: Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Visual Merchandising: Create appealing product displays to drive sales.
• Budget Oversight: Manage budgets effectively, controlling expenses.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

Qualification:-
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Previous retail management experience preferred
