We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for processing accounts receivable and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and classify accounts receivable data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Process day-to-day financial transactions, including posting and recording accounts receivable data.
Prepare bills receivable, invoices, and bank deposits, maintaining accurate records and adhering to financial standards.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Facilitate payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and communicating with clients.
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve billing issues efficiently.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
