Position:- Accountant cum Admin

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Managing the daily accounting and admin operations of the company such as petty cash management, negotiating with supplier, employees, customers etc.

2. Looking after importation of goods.

3. Managing Staff, Government Problems, Purchasing department, Housekeeping and General Maintenance.

4. Dealing with local staff, and local accountant.

5. Tally and accounting knowledge is a must.

6. Business acumen is required.

7. Prepare Cash book, Budgets, Profit and loss, balance sheet statements, cash flow statements

8. Dealing with government personnel.

9. Knowledge of Tally software and accounting in a must.

10. Collections of debts from customers.

11. Monitoring vehicle movements and scrutinizing expenses.

12. Organizing deliveries of finished goods.
