Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with 5 years or more of proven expertise in handling accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of both Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), with strong analytical, reporting, and compliance skills.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, international accounting standards, and company policies.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions efficiently.
Manage GST, TDS, corporate tax, and statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) and ensure smooth audit processes.
Prepare and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis for management.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
Stay updated on changes in accounting laws, taxation, and global compliance standards.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master’s degree/CA/ICWA/CPA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to both Indian and international standards.
Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and taxation laws.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
