Accountant-Finance Specialist
This Accountant-Finance Specialist position requires an individual with a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
The Accountant-Finance Specialist will be responsible for:
• Managing financial data, including daily transactions and account reconciliations
• Preparing financial statements (P\(L, balance sheet)
• Identifying areas for cost savings and implementing changes
• Coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely payments
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, including GST and TDS filings
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CA/CMA preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in F\(B or hospitality accounting
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books; advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
The KPIs for this role are:
• Accuracy of financial reports
• Timely tax compliance and vendor payments
• Cost variance management
Budget: 18,000 - 25,000 (Negotiable)
