About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily accounting tasks and billing operations.
2. Process invoices and payments while maintaining communication with vendors.
3. Prepare cheques and vouchers for financial transactions.
4. Enter data into Tally and ensure records are regularly updated.
5. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
6. Prepare and update MIS reports for internal use.
7. Manage bank reconciliation activities accurately.
8. Coordinate various accounts-related administrative tasks and documentation.
9. Assist in calculating TDS and GST as required.
10. Generate challans on IT and GST portals as part of tax compliance.
