Qualifications
Have a passion for accounting, being current on and understanding the latest accounting trends
Be excited to familiarize themselves with the basics of oil and gas industry accounting
Be introduced to multiple accounting departments during the rotational program and be able to pivot to a new role every six months during the two year program
Must maintain minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
Must have a graduation date of December 2026 – May 2026
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (min 18 hours of accounting credit)
Must demonstrate initiative and interact effectively with others in a team environment
Must communicate effectively with internal & external clients
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet short deadlines
Excellent fundamental accounting skills
Fluctuations in workloads will require some overtime
Excellent Excel spreadsheet experience

Rotational Accountant Program:
