Responsibilities
• With complete Tally Knowledge, should know to make entries in tally, (Purchase, Sales, bills other than purchase and sales)
• Sales invoices generation.
• Vendor Payments
• Imports and payment against imports and maintenance of their ledgers.
• Compiled financial information in support of Financial, tax, and government Audit.
• Monthly Tax Payments – ESIC, EPF, TDS, GST
• Statement preparation for filing EPF, ESIC, TDS, GST Returns
• Debtor and Creditor reconciliations
• Petty cash books & foreign currency accounts reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations
• Maintain inventory and stock shelves.
• Preparation of Payroll sheet including leaves for employee
• Coordinate with manager for factory license renewal, pollution and safety clearance.
• Assist manager for document preparation of government related process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
1-3 years of experience.
Must have basic knowledge and experience in Tally and MS Excel
