Role and Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 Advisor technical support to Customer's Users ensuring fast response, intelligent analysis coupled with clear resolution paths backed up by clear communication about the status of the case at all times. L1 Advisors will escalate to a Customer provided L2 support agent in the event the L1 Advisor cannot find a timely resolution or a path forward to a successful outcome to a User's case
• Work on assigned tickets with a swarm approach and team collaboration to provide resolution within the stipulated time.
• Have a complete view of Salesforce clients, including their activity history, key contacts, customer communications, and internal account discussions.
• Track all leads from click to close, while continually optimizing success ratio across every channel.
• Respond to leads, work opportunities and check dashboards.
• Process all information required to support the customer, case history and related customer activity.
Supporting responsibilities -
Able to take up any additional responsibilities that are assigned as per project requirement.
Suggest Improvements that can add value to the process and client.
Key skills & knowledge:
• Good Communication skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Software Skills: Thorough Knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, Outlook and exposure to Sales Force or any Sales Force Certification will be an added advantage.
Required Professional Background:
o 1-3 years of accounting experience
o Salesforce Admin experience particularly around the permissions/security model
o Customer Support for any Accounting Platform (ERP Functional Support) - L1/L2
o Significant Customer (Technical) Support experience
o Exposure to any leading ERP (SAP/ Oracle/any other)
o Worked on International Clients (preferably US)
Educational Qualification:
BCom / MCom
