Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage tax invoices, maintaining meticulous records
• Monitor and track receivables, ensuring timely collections and maintaining detailed records of outstanding amounts
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their invoices and receivables, including collecting TDS details and addressing any queries or issues promptly
• Maintain TDS receivable reconciliation in Excel for tax deducted by customers and tax reflected in Form 26AS of the company
• Utilize Excel for comprehensive financial analysis, including GST and TDS computations
• Assist in analyzing customer-wise/project-wise profitability and provide insights to improve the financial performance of the company
Skills Requirement
• Possess clear and strong accounting fundamentals
• Use Tally ERP for all accounting tasks
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations using Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Exhibit an enthusiastic and positive attitude, showing eagerness to take on new challenges and being proactive
Other Details
• Work Location: Warje, Pune
• Time: 10 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
• Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
• Reporting Manager: Finance Controller
• Gross Salary Range: INR 3.30 lacs to 4.02 lacs per annum
