Job Description
To handle all accounting aspects pertaining to ready-mix concrete plant.
Ensure correct accounting of raw material invoices, expenses pertaining to plant, reconciliation with vendors/customers, monthly stock taking, collate data for MIS.
Ensuring that invoices raised by vendors are in line with the agreements entered into with them/PO raised.
Accounting of expense invoices like TM/pump hire, security charges, conversion charges, utility bills, any other plant related expenses subject to all required approvals being in place.
Follow-up with vendors for invoices/CNs (if any).
Issuing CN to customers for quantity/rate differences subject to all required approvals being in place.
Stock verification of raw materials at month end.
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of RMC industry. Willing to work under pressure. Sound knowledge of
accounting in Tally/ERP/SAP.
Candidates Preferred
RMC industry background.
