Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager located in Jaipur. The Event Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, meetings, and conferences from initial planning to final execution. This includes managing budgets, working with vendors and suppliers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees.
Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in event planning and management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Proficiency in event planning software and tools
• Familiarity with event industry trends and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
