Job Description Assistant Manager-Finance
(Executive Assistant to Head-Finance & Accounts)
A Reputed American multinational company in Mumbai, with a turnover of approx. 500 Crore is looking for a candidate for an Assistant Manager-Finance position. The Company has established the Business in India since last 20 years and is in to Direct Selling business for Food and Cosmetics products. The Company has 1+ Branches in India across multiple states. The reporting of the Candidate will be to Head-Finance & Accounts.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Review of Monthly information system Reports with the financial software before submission to the HQ USA and support in identifying / resolving the variances.
Assist in preparation of the yearly Budget exercise.
Monthly Budgetary control activity i.e., analysis of Budget Vs actual variances on monthly basis for all the cost centres and provide the report with the explanations / action plans.
Review of accounting reports like Inter-Company Transactions, reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations, other accounting reports etc. on monthly basis.
Maintain statutory compliance Calendar to keep track of the company's required filings under all the applicable statutory laws to the company, its due dates and related details.
Review of GST Returns and ascertaining uniformity of data uploaded on vendor portal, GST portal and supporting workings.
Review Service Level Agreements entered by the company with various vendors.
Independently able to manage the general ledger scrutiny of balance sheet and P&L items Preparation of the Finance presentations in Power points.
Assist the Head of Finance in other operations / Finance related work as applicable on time-totime basis. Job Requirements:
Proficiency in MS office and Accounting software(Tally)
Good communication skills
Inter CA with minimum 3 years of experience / Chartered Accountant with minimum one year of experience.
