Job Description
Preparation of Daily Outstanding & Collection report. Tracking of Turnover v/s Collection ratio.
• Checking & processing of Credit application received from branches & apply for Credit insurance.
• AR Invoicing for Bank charges & miscellaneous. Reconciliation of CW1 entries in SAP.
• Month end Activities: Preparation of month end reporting files, checking relevant GL’s affecting local AR and passing month end entries, transferring unbooked receipt to “Unknown payment account” twice in a month.
• Sharing open bank entries to branches on weekly basis to post the receipt in SAP.
• Interacting with various branches and addressing / resolving issues (if any) pertaining to local AR.
• Assisting the credit controller & sharing the necessary data asked by Auditor during audits.
• Handling the routine work managed by department colleagues during their leave / absence.
• Any other job-related activities / tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Decision Making Authority
Decision authority as delegated by the General Manager – Credit Control, in accordance with DSV regulations
Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
Basic understanding of credit control function and industry knowledge an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication skills (written / verbal).
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel.
• Experience in credit control function.

Educational background / Work experience
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
• Graduate in Commerce (Post Graduate qualification will be an added advantage)
• Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry preferred but not mandatory
Language Skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi
Computer Literacy
• Knowledge of MS-Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of SAP & CW1 (preferred but not mandatory)
