Job Description
Position Title: Sr. Exec /Assistant Manager Finance
Department: Finance
Organizational Relationships
• Reports to : Finance HOD
• Supervises: None
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for liasoning for finance by debt syndication with banks / institutions, including preparation of financial model.
• Liaisoning and negotiating with Financial Intermediaries for raising Project Finance, Working Capital arrangement & Debt syndication etc.
• Preparing Financial Models, Business Plans & Presentations for the projects.
• Preparation of Financial Project Reports, Filling CMA Data, Financial Analysis, Credit Appraisal, Project Viability, Bank Finance to support the loan requirement.
• Ensure participation in Pre & Post sanctioning activity viz; execution of loan & mortgage documents and preparing progress reports.
• Follow-up & push the loan proposals across the levels to get the sanctions.
• Negotiation with lenders with respect to sanction terms viz. interest, tenure, margin, repayment, security, & other compliances.
• Ensure stage wise disbursal of borrowed fund with cash flow management.
• Ensure MIS reporting and periodic updates.
• Creation and release of securities / collateral
Academic Qualification & Experience:
• MBA – Finance / Inter CA
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills.
• Ability to understand the gamut of the business and key drivers.
• Meticulous, having eye for detail
• Ability to work with people at all levels and from varied discipline.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
