We are a leading professional independent distributor of electronic components. Job Description Daily entries of Client Cheques in the Software. Daily accounting of expenses and purchase, transactions, inventory accounting Handling daily cash flows and banking transactions, cash flow management, etc Daily accounting banking transactions handling payments, bank reconciliation, etc, Preparing the Proforma Invoice, Quotations & Sales Bills. Mail the Despatch Challan, Payment details information to clients and follow-up with them. Maintaining the day-to-day records of dispatch challan and purchase challan in the excel and respective software. Process of GST filling- GSTR1, GSTR 2A Process the GST related work with coordination with CA. Knowledge of Import:remittance, documentation process, import procedure E-way bill generation. Report generation from software. Helping CA up to finalization. Balance sheet, profit, and loss up to finalization. Coordinating with bank regarding any import or any other queries. Auditing. Knowledge of Excel and Advance Excel Knowledge of Import/Export Documentation Process Knowledge of any of the software SPECTRUM, FOCUS software will be advantage (any of the one). Knowledge and Skill required

Basic knowledge of Accounting (Debit, Credit, Journal entries)

Good knowledge of GST and TDS

Knowledge of Advance Excel

Good Communication Skill

Initiative taking personality
