Job description Requirements Master Degree in Finance or equivalent 3 years’ experience in similar field. Proficient in Microsoft office and Tally ERP. Good communication skills. A strong team player, enthusiastic about taking up challenges and keen learner. Knowledge of TDS, Taxation, Vouchers, Debtors, Petty Cash, Auditing, Returns Key Role and Responsibilities Candidate must be fully conversant with Cost and Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing and Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting. Manage day-to-day company accounts including accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, recording of all transactions in the accounting system, payroll processing and compliance, tax, reporting, regulatory filings and treasury Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes. Experience in day-to-day banking operation, preparation of CMA for loan proposal and compliance with bank after loan disbursement. Forex payment and receipt, and documentation submission for the same to bank. Monitor the cash-flow position and ensure adequate fund for operation. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Process Vendor payments Reconcile bank statements Participate in financial audits Track bank deposits and payments Proficient with MIS Reporting System Working knowledge of GST Tax Law, Return Filing & Dept. Dealing Working knowledge of TDS sections & provisions / Income Tax Law, Return Filing & Dept. Timely payments of Statutory dues and returns viz. TDS, GST, IT returns, etc. Submitting required documents with bank related to loan account. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management and/or Head of Department.
