Job Summary: The Finance and Accounting Assistant Executive will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations, supporting the Senior Finance Manager in all aspects of financial accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance across multiple international entities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Assist the Senior Finance Manager with day-to-day financial accounting and bookkeeping activities for operating entities in the UAE, Europe, the UK, and the US.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain organized and comprehensive financial records in compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support in the preparation of financial reports and analysis to aid in decision-making.
Tax Filings & Compliance:
Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns for entities in the UAE (e.g., Corporate Tax, VAT), Europe, the UK, and the US, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations across all operating jurisdictions and advise the Senior Finance Manager on potential impacts.
Coordinate with external tax advisors as required.
Financial Operations Support:
Support in the development and implementation of robust internal controls and financial policies.
Preparation and implementation of multiple controls along with checklists
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance department.
Handle ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned by the Senior Finance Manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
