Roles & Responsibilities:
Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results
Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
Managing all accounting operations based on accounting principles
Provide input into department’s goal setting process
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
Computing taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
Publish financial statements in time
Collect, analyze and summarize account information
Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
Prepare budget and financial forecasts
Conduct month-end and year-end close process
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Liaise with Accounting manager to improve financial procedures
Supporting HR team in terms of salary calculation at the end of the month and handling the disbursement of salary to all the employees
Requirements:
Proven experience of minimum 5 yrs as n accountant
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Familiarity with financial accounting statements
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Telesales Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage both Inbound and Outbound Calls
Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to renew with us and pursue for referrals sales.
Educates customers on product offerings and services to improve their "on-line presence" and explains pricing etc to the customers.
Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
Continued product education to better service customer calls
Maintains accurate daily record of sales in Welcome Cure CRM.
Go the “Extra Mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them appropriately
Outstanding Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Cool – tempered and able to handle rejection
