Krushit Vanzara Studios is a creative media agency who creates content and provides services to the clients based overseas.
We are seeking a diligent individual who has financial understanding in managing all the finance functions for our business on one platform Quickbooks/Freshbooks - bookkeeping, client invoicing, bill payments, yearly taxes, managing payrolls, transfers and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As an Accountant you will be working in record to report (R2R) process that includes end to end managing account cycle in Quick Books. Generating daily invoices for our clients, payments receivables, managing payrolls.
Reconcile bank accounts by comparing the company's records to bank statements to ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate information that is used for financial & operational reports.
Knowledgeable in preparing journal entries and balance sheets excel / near sheet, support month end closing, preparing reports.
Maintain track records of payments received in multiple currencies
Ensure timely payroll payments, bill payments, office expenditure.
Compute taxes and prepare for tax returns and communicate with senior accountant for tax filing.
Audit financial transactions and documents
What we are looking for
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience. Having prior experience of automating accounting processes is an added advantage.
Hands on experience of accounting software like QuickBooks or Freshbooks or understanding of other CRM / Accounting applications.
Advanced MS Excel skills or Google sheets
Capable of multi-tasking and perform numerous duties
Expertise in bookkeeping, accounting & financial procedures for The Canadian Accounting Standards Board (AcSB). Certified IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and deliver in timely manner.
Other day-to-day routine work related to accounts, as required.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
