Bookkeeping & Financial Records Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.
• Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards in all financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Compliance & Tax Preparation Support
• Ensure all financial records comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
Budgeting & Forecasting
• Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management.
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred).
• Experience:
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably working with US-based clients.
• Expertise in US GAAP and QuickBooks is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in financial statement preparation and balance sheet management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
