Job Responsibilities include:
Responsible for complete documentation of warehouse.
Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers
Arrangement of on-boarded stores with proper identification and location.
Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs
Handling incoming and outgoing couriers to warehouse.
Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement
Handling inventory requests of Field Service Engineers.
Enquiry handling related to spare parts.
WHT to other branches based on the request from parts controller.
Perpetual Inventory Check.
Registration of customer PO and sending information to HQ.
