Job Vacancy: Entry-Level Finance Associate for B.Com Fresher

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic B.Com fresher to join our finance team as an Entry-Level Finance Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in finance and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

Strong knowledge of finance accounting principles, and financial analysis.

Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and financial modeling tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong ethics and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.

Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Note: This position is open to B.Com freshers, and on-the-job training will be provided to enhance skills and knowledge in finance and accounting practices.
