Job Responsibilities
The Accounting and Finance Lead will be responsible for managing our end-to-end accounting activities, book closures, and statutory requirements. Key tasks include:
• Accounting and Compliance: Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded, authorized, and approved in accordance with local accounting rules and regulations.
• Cash Management: Manage cash flow, prepare cash forecasts, and ensure that cash needs are maintained.
• Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that meet the needs of stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting ERP systems like Microsoft D365.
• Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA Final) or equivalent, with 8-12 years of experience in finance management.
