Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the cash application process and coordinate across operations centers to ensure timely and accurate payments from customers.
• Work closely with collections, customer service, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and work with internal stakeholders to implement changes.
• Manage total headcount for the Cash App business, partnering closely with the business teams and HR teams.
• Oversee the hiring and training of new team members and support their development.
• Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis.
Requirements:
• B2 certification in German language
• German and English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Graduation degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working on time-critical processes
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
