Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Verification of all processed claims before releasing payment to employees
Performance of monthly closing activities and data transfer to relevant units
Solution to queries raised by Finance and Accounts
Follow-up on payments rejected by banks
Monitoring of Bank reconciliation statements
Understanding of basic concepts of Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.)
Preparation of monthly provisions for unpaid and unclaimed claims
Handling of queries related to employee claims, HR, and helpdesk teams
Assistance in preparation of periodic Management Information Systems (MIS) and presentation of reports for review meetings
Collaboration with Internal/External Audit teams, responding to their queries, and providing audit reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Proficiency in financial software and systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
