• Sorting Mail
• Payment Processing
• Using QuickBooks & Excel
• Low volume Accounts Payable

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant:
• Excel Experience
• QuickBooks Experience (a plus but not required)
• Banks reconciliations (a plus but not required)
