Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly
Closing payment batches and reconciling transactions
Managing designated customer accounts and maintaining account records
Communicating with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment statuses, and discrepancies
Collecting payments and following up on overdue accounts
Identifying, investigating, and resolving invoicing and payment issues
Collaborating with team members to improve invoicing and payment processes
Maintaining up-to-date documentation of transactions and customer interactions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting, billing, or finance roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with accounting software Quickbooks and accounting principles
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
