Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:
Technical Skills/Experience
• Financial Reporting - Responsible for preparation of Ind AS Financial Statements and IFRS.
• Strong Accounting background - working knowledge of IFRS and IGAAP; awareness as to financial statements preparation, CARO, auditing frameworks, etc.
• Knowledge of merger and acquisition accounting
• Consolidation accounting and drafting of financials
• Companies Act, FEMA/RBI compliance
• Annual / quarterly / Monthly closing of books
• Have implemented/ worked on Ind AS/IFRS
• Analytical skills to analyze large data, flux preparation/variance analysis
• Good hold on accounting entries/accounting concept
• Working experience on Oracle and knowledge of modules such as AGIS and GL
• Lease Accounting as per Ind AS 116/IFRS 16
Good to have
• Working experience in IT company in General Ledger, Reporting and Consolidation.
• Experience of implementation and integration of finance policies and ERPs
• Profitability analysis, FP&A experience
• Worked on Hubble, Lease Accounting software and Floqast
Additional Skills required
• Presentation's skills, preparation of PPT, training the accounting team on recent accounting updates, accounting standard update.
• Effective Communication - Both written and oral / drafting skills for Memos
• Have worked in multi-location, multi branch environment.
