Profile- Accounting reporting / Lease Management
Location- Pune
Experience: 1 - 6 years in Accounting / Lease Management with experience in SAP.
Offered CTC: 3.5 - 10 lpa

Skills:
1.Accounting and reporting:
• Experience in to finance & accounts.
• General Accounting, Good exposure to Journal entries & Reconciliations.
• Ability to handle to month end activities independently.
• End to end experience in record to report .
• Having prior experience in to performance management.
• Exposure to US GAAP, Ability to handle audits.
2.Lease Management:
• Experience end to end in Lease accounting & Record to report .
• Thorough working knowledge of Lease Contract, REU Set Up, REM REU Set, Change or Deactivation, Space Set Up or Changes in FMS.
• Lease-out Contract Termination for external customers, Lease-in Contract Set up/Changes/Termination in FMS.
• Experience end to end in Lease accounting & Record to report .
• Supervise all sub-processes such as Contract Management, Cost Recoveries, Queries, Reporting,
