• What you will do
o Ensure that process documentation remains current and high quality (continuous improvement)
o Lead the update of process documentation
o Some of the steps involved in coordinating the creation of process documents is:
ï‚§ Create a project plan and timeline,
ï‚§ Collaborate with various finance stakeholders to walk through processes
ï‚§ Lead meetings with stakeholders in Finance to gain required information
ï‚§ Document the process as a process flow, desktop procedure document
ï‚§ Design changes to the process
ï‚§ Perform self-review of resulting document
ï‚§ Explain document to applicable parties to obtain alignment and approval.
o For continuous improvement of process documents: Investigate and identify if a change in the process documentation is needed
o Lead meetings to keep Snr Management informed and updated on roadblocks, progress and support required.

You will be a great fit if you
o 4-6 years’ experience
o Proficient in English and good presentation skills
o Bachelors/ Masters in accounting
o Work experience in Finance domain
o Experience in process and procedures design/development
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools especially Visio & Powerpoint
o Knowledge and experience in process automation, dashboard creations, Power BI, Power automate
o Detail-oriented, curious / asks questions, able to work independently, collaboration, project management and good interpersonal skills
o Able to work and progress independently and manage multiple priorities, time management skills
o Cross-regional project management experience will be a plus
