Job Description
Accounting
executive for full time accounting of services and goods,
Preparing
accounting vouchers for recording income and expenses ;
Capex
accounting for equipment ;
Accounting
for Travel expenses , reimbursement of claims by Field staff;
Periodic
processing of payables in a time bound manner to ensure no delays ;
Tracking
Accounts receivables and co-ordinating with Operations ,
Sales staff for realization of dues on time ;
AR
and AP ageing analysis and alerts to respective
teams for realization of receivables and submission of
bills for payments to vendors.
Banking
transactions and reconciliations.
All
aspects of AR & AP management.
Updation
of records for preparing returns for GST,
TDS.
Preparedness
for Audits.
Requirement:
Proficient
knowledge in Accounting concepts and applications ;
Accounting
in TALLY PRIME / ERP + ;
MS Word
, MS Excel use;
Appreciable
inter –personal skills.
