Stipend: 3-5k / month
Location: NIBM Road, Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra (on-site)
After 3 months of internship get a chance to work full-time with Expunch at ( 3 - 4 LPA ).
Responsibilities:
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment follow-up.
• Assist with month-end close procedures, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Help with bank reconciliations and record-keeping.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, as well as other financial analysis.
• Participate in inventory management, including record-keeping, reconciliations, and physical inventory counts.
• Work with other departments to gather financial information and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with sales tax compliance and filing.
• Provide administrative support as needed, such as filing and answering phone calls.
Requirements:
• Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Availability to work full-time during regular business hours.
• Interest in the corporate gifting industry is a plus.
