The Accounting Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and reports, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Record day-to-day financial transactions maintain records, and launch reports and financial statements
Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules
Managing bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as payroll postings
Preparing quarterly tax filings
Performing month-end closings
Effective Project Management
Preparing trial balances
Assisting with job estimates for pricing
